Hangzhou Duoziwei Technology Co.,Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") built the ReLoop app ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: everything ReLoop records stays on your Mac, and we collect nothing.
On-Device Recording Only
ReLoop continuously records your screen, and optionally transcribes your microphone audio, so that you can look back at and search your own recent activity. All recordings, transcriptions, and search indexes are created, stored, and processed entirely on your device, using Apple's on-device frameworks. They are never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. Recordings are kept only within the loop window you configure and are automatically deleted as they age out.
No Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data or usage data from your interactions with the App. We do not have access to your recordings, transcriptions, or any other content the App produces. We do not employ third-party analytics or tracking tools.
No Sharing of Information
Since we do not collect user data, we do not share your data with any third parties. In other words, we do not sell, rent, or disclose your information to any external entities for any purpose.
Security
Your recordings are protected by macOS's standard app sandbox and file protections and never leave your device. If you voluntarily choose to contact us (e.g., via email), we will take commercially reasonable measures to protect any information you provide. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites. We strongly recommend reviewing their privacy policies if you choose to visit them.
Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect data from any users, children included, there is no potential misuse. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by any means, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted here and become effective immediately upon posting.
